What is check in/check out time?

Our check in time is 4:00 pm and our check out time is 12:00 pm.

Do you have activities for guests?

Yes, we offer both on property and off property activities. Our create and cultivate activities are hosted on property and can be reserved by contacting our spa hosts at paloverde.spa@andaz.com. Our off property activities, Andaz Adventures, features outdoor activities and can be reserved by contacting guestexperience@andaz.com. All booking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. How do I schedule activities during my stay?

To schedule activities during your stay please visit our activities schedule page or email paloverde.spa@andaz.com.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?

Yes, we have fitness center that is opened 24 hours and offers a wide variety of equipment that includes two Peloton bikes.

Do you have a pool?

We have three swimming pools on property, our turquoise pool, retreat pool, and Palo Verde spa & apothecary pool.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

Yes, we do. Our spa Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary is open every day from 8:30am – 6:00pm.

What parking options are available?

We have self-parking and valet parking available.

Do you have a resort fee? If yes, how much is it?

We have a daily resort fee of $45 + tax.

What does the resort fee include?

Our daily resort fee includes, daily access to Cattle Track Art Compound and preferred access to artists’ studios, exclusive fitness classes, seasonal welcome beverage, daily access to the Arizona State University Kerr Cultural Center, house car drop-off within a three mile radius, based upon availability, water refill stations, electric vehicle charging stations, including Tesla, live entertainment, access to the 24-hour gym and exclusive fitness classes, resort bicycles, access to recreational center activities including croquet, corn hole, bocce ball and respective equipment, and resort programming and activities.

Are pets allowed? Are there any fees or restrictions?

We gladly welcome your canine companions. Please let us know that you will be bringing your dog (or dogs) at least three days prior to your arrival and if you will need a dog bed.

Pet Fees:

6 nights or less: $150/stay

7 to 30 nights: $150/stay plus $150 additional deep-cleaning fee

30 or more nights: fee based on resort’s discretion

Weight Limits:

We only permit either dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds.
