Is parking available on property?

Yes. Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows offers convenient on-property parking, including self-parking at $23 per day and valet services at $35 per day.

Our check in time is 4:00 pm and our check out time is 12:00 pm.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?

Yes, we have fitness center that is opened 24 hours and offers a wide variety of equipment that includes three Peloton bikes.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows features three swimming pools: the Turquoise Pool, the Retreat Pool, and the Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary Pool. The Turquoise Pool includes a hot tub, and the spa also features two hot tubs. Pools are heated to 90°F, with hot tubs heated to 104°F.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

Yes. Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am – 6:00pm and Friday through Sunday from 8:30am - 7:00pm.

What amenities are available at Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary?

Palo Verde Spa guests enjoy full access to our spa pool, steam room, relaxation lounges, men's and women's hot tubs and locker rooms, spa dining, outdoor pool lounge, treatment and rental cabanas, valet and self-parking, and our apothecary experience featuring bespoke aromatherapy blends. In addition to our amenities, Palo Verde Spa offers a full menu of massages, body treatments, facials, and salon services for hair and nails.

What parking options are available?

We have self-parking and valet parking available.

Do you have a resort fee? If yes, how much is it?

We have a daily resort fee of $50.00 + tax.

What does the resort fee include?

Our daily resort fee includes, daily access to Cattle Track Art Compound and preferred access to artists’ studios, exclusive fitness classes, seasonal welcome beverage, house car drop-off within a three mile radius, based upon availability, water refill stations, electric vehicle charging stations, including Tesla, live entertainment, access to the 24-hour gym and exclusive fitness classes, resort bicycles, access to recreational center activities including croquet, corn hole, bocce ball and respective equipment, and resort programming and activities.

Do you accept cash?

Our property only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.

Are pets allowed? Are there any fees or restrictions?

We gladly welcome your canine companions.

Pet Fees:

6 nights or less: $150/stay

7 to 30 nights: $150/stay plus $150 additional deep-cleaning fee

30 or more nights: fee based on resort’s discretion

Weight Limits:

We only permit either dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds.
