Chef Sammy DeMarco built his career in NYC's finest dining concepts, including The River Café and Peninsula Hotel. After opening his own restaurant in NYC and being lauded as the "King of Comfort Food," Chef Sammy D brought his culinary expertise beyond The Big Apple to top establishments in Australia, Amsterdam, Atlantic City, Maryland, and Las Vegas, where he was Executive Chef of Venetian, Harrah’s, Bellagio, and Palazzo. As the Executive Chef at Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen, Chef Sammy highlights bold and seasonal flavors through modern Mediterranean dishes designed to be shared from breakfast to dinner. Chef Sammy offers a unique spin on Mediterranean cuisine with distinctly Italian influences, including Weft & Warp's variety of house made pastas.

• Monday
  Two-Digit Date Night: Make your summer evenings unforgettable with that special someone with our Two-Digit Date Night! Whether you’re celebrating an anniversary or seeking a romantic date night, this limited time only experience is sure to impress. Starting at $99 per couple, minimum 2 guests.
• Wednesday
  ‍Sunset After Dark: Join us for all night happy hour! Enjoy special pricing on select cocktails, beer, and bites, selection of $40 sommelier curated bottles of wine, and complimentary valet!

Pasta & Vino available Sunday nights from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Two-Digit Date Night available Monday nights from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.. Sunset After Dark available Wednesday nights from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Can’t be combined with any other offer/promotion.‍

The Chef’s Tasting Experience

Gather at the Chef’s Table in the Weft & Warp exhibition kitchen, for a six-course tasting adventure.  Let our sommelier take you on a journey with wine pairings to enhance your dining experience

Starting at $140 per person, with optional wine pairing starting at $60 per person. Minimum of two guests, maximum of six guests.

Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Wine Dinner

Join us every month for our exclusive wine dinners! Enjoy a five-course dining experience featuring wine pairings from a variety of wineries. Limited seating available. Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m.
